Great team. They took a huge burden off of me by providing me with an awesome slab for my shed to be built on. the team came in and knocked it out in a day! We used Balanced Building and Repair to stain our deck. We didn't want stain on the flooring because it was composite, so they just stained our railings and stairs. They scheduled an appointment within 2 days, and completed the work in about half a day. We were very impressed with the results! We'll definitely be using them again for house projects in the future, and we highly recommend them to others looking for contractors.

We used Balanced Building and Repair for our driveway extension with a concrete overlay slab for a gazebo and fire pit and absolutely loved their work! They were so polite and quick to get the job done, when the weather delayed the concrete pouring, they were super communicative and came out as soon as the weather permitted. My neighbors were having some fence work done by these guys, I saw the quality and asked them to do my fence. I am impressed with the quality, they did what said they would do, when they said they would do it. Most importantly, there was a verbal agreement on where the fence would be, and as an honest mistake, the guy building the fence didn’t get that message. When it was brought to their attention, they made it right without any delay. These guys offer a variety of services and I won’t use anyone else for those services moving forward.
